Replenishment Lead – Dry


We are looking for an experienced people leader to run our dry replenishment operation and lift on shelf availability and store standards through disciplined execution.

This is a hands on leadership role with direct reports, covering Grocery, General Merchandise, Liquor, and Chilled Frozen. It suits someone who enjoys leading teams on the floor, setting clear expectations, and running a tight, organised operation.

 

About the role

As the Replenishment Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • On shelf availability across all dry departments
  • Replenishment execution and shelf readiness ahead of peak trade
  • Store standards across Grocery, GM, Liquor, and Chilled Frozen
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the dry replenishment team

This role plays a key part in improving availability through strong routines, prioritisation, and people leadership, not by carrying more stock.

You will work closely with the Grocery Buyer and Store Leadership team as part of a disciplined, execution focused store.

 

What you will be doing

  • Leading and deploying the dry replenishment team each day
  • Setting daily priorities and allocating work across the team
  • Ensuring shelves are full, faced, accurate, and customer ready
  • Running daily gap scans and ensuring issues are actioned promptly
  • Prioritising protected articles and high impact lines
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and well organised shop floor and back room standards
  • Coaching team members on pace, accuracy, and safe work practices
  • Managing performance, attendance, and day to day team issues
  • Identifying repeat availability issues and escalating root causes

 

What we are looking for

You will have:

  • Proven leadership experience with team members reporting to you
  • Experience in supermarket replenishment, grocery operations, or a similar environment
  • Strong standards and attention to detail
  • The ability to lead from the floor and give clear direction
  • A calm, organised approach in a fast paced environment
