Replenishment Supervisor (Evenings)

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our growing team as a Replenishment Supervisor.

We are a full-service supermarket, offering customers a warm welcome and convenient supermarket shopping, all under one roof. Our service is second to none, and we're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys being part of a busy team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and follow through on tasks in a timely manner.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who pride themselves on the quality products and service we offer our customers here at New World. You will take responsibility for leading the store during the evenings while supporting your team to achieve excellent results.

About the Role

This is a working Replenishment Supervisor position, meaning you will be actively involved on the shop floor alongside your team. This is not a desk-based management role. You will lead by example, working hands-on to replenish stock, build displays, assist customers, and maintain high store standards while supervising the evening operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Making decisions to ensure smooth store operations
• Leading, directing, and supporting the store team during afternoon and evening shifts
• Identifying items requiring replenishment
• Replenishing shelves and displays alongside your team
• Building and maintaining attractive store displays
• Assisting customers and providing excellent service
• Maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and customers
• Team training, coaching, and development
• Supporting and assisting our Fresh Foods Managers and Replenishment Manager
• Ensuring all departments maintain high store presentation and merchandising standards

About You

This role would suit someone who has previous grocery or retail supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a leadership style that inspires others by example. You are a team player with high presentation standards, a positive "can-do" attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Days and Hours

Monday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
