Runner (Class 1 Driver)

We are looking for A SUPER FIT Runner (with a class 1 license) considering Transport and Logistics as a career. Come on and join our Waikato team.

THE JOB: You will be assisting our AMAZING Drivers with their deliveries each day. 

The right candidate must:

• Have excellent customer service with great conversational English.
• Hold a clean Class 1 Licence and have held a full Driver's License for at least 2 years.
• Have experience in a similar driving/delivery job
• Have great references and a history of great attendance, punctuality and reliability.
• Be physically fit and able to keep up with a physically demanding role. The role involves a lot of heavy lifting 20kg+ (you must have no pre-existing conditions that could be aggravated by this kind of heavy work)
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude who takes pride in being part of an awesome team.
• Have their own reliable transport to work 
• Be committed to Health & Safety and respectful of our policies
• Have respect for our customers, a commitment to the team they work in and a willingness to contribute to the business that employs them.

Skills which can benefit:

• Knowledge of the Waikato region
• A Forklift license (OSH certificate)
• Computer literacy
• Willingness for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously

Days and Hours of work are

Monday to Friday - 4.45am start. Finish time is between12-2pm. You will be on a rotating roster for Saturday's (rostered around every 4 weeks)
