Service Deli Assistant – Join Our Friendly Team!

Are you passionate about food and great service? As a Service Deli Assistant, you’ll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your positive attitude and enthusiasm make a real difference to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and presenting fresh food, slicing, cooking, prepping, and maintaining a clean and organised Deli area. Every day, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our shoppers while developing valuable skills and being part of a vibrant team.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong commitment to putting customers first
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and handle tasks proactively
• Solid understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety practices
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous food experience is an advantage, but not required – we’ll provide training!

Roles & Availability

We have two part-time roles available:

• Position One: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Position Two: Friday and Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Applicants must be available for all scheduled shifts. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in the food industry. Please note: there is no on-site parking, but train and bus stations are just a 5-minute walk away, and limited coupon parking is nearby.
