Service Deli/Seafood Assistant

New World Browns Bay is looking for an energetic reliable person to join our growing Service Deli and Seafood team.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New World.

Your main duties will include:

Cooking and food preparation

• Setting up the Deli / Seafood serve over
• Cooking
• Serving Customers in the Deli/Seafood Department
• Cleaning
• Assist with all other duties that form part of Service Deli/Seafood Department
• From time to time you may work in other areas of the supermarket
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

• Be Customer Driven
• Must be able to work unsupervised and have excellent communication skills
• Be reliable, we are a close team and you’ll be missed if you’re not here!
• Have a good work ethic, enjoy being busy and be able to work well under pressure

The shifts available are as follows:

Sunday - 5:30am - 2:00pm

Monday - 5:30am - 2:00pm

Tuesday - 5:30am - 2:00pm

Wednesday - 5:30am - 2:00pm
