The Role

As a Service Picker, Packer and Loader, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked and prepared for delivery, including loading the truck. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.

Shift Timing: Sunday to Thursday been Mon-Thu 21:00 – 05:30 and Sun16:00–01:30. You will be part of a critical team responsible for picking and preparing orders and loading the orders onto our delivery trucks, during the night for early morning deliveries. This role requires individuals who thrive in overnight working environments and can maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to the order system.
• Load the delivery trucksmanually and operating a forklift. 
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld in the order preparation process.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role or a warehousing environment is advantageous, but not essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• A forklift license is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Willingness to work during the specified shifts.
