​What You’ll Do

·  ​Lead & Inspire: Lead and develop a high-performing, supportive team.

·  ​Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operation across the whole store

·  ​Drive Results: Drive sales, GP, wages, and inventory management.

·  ​Store Presentation: Maintain exceptional merchandising and high store standards.

·  ​Customer First: Deliver a great shopping experience for the Hillcrest community every day.

​What We’re Looking For

·  ​Duty Manager Certificate: A current Manager’s Certificate is essential.

·  ​Retail Leadership: 2+ years of supermarket or retail leadership experience.

·  ​Technical Know-How: Solid SAP experience paired with a data-driven mindset.

·  ​Key Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on attitude with a passion for retail.

·  ​Availability: Full-time availability with a flexible roster that includes one weekend day.

·  Friendly with excellent customer service skills
