At Four Square Oakura we have a superb opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic customer driven focused individual with Store experience to join our team as a full time Store Manager and be part of our success.  Preference will be given to applicants with high presentation standards, who are highly self-motivated and have excellent communication skills to complement an already efficient and successful team. 

       Qualifications, experience, skills and attributes required for this role

• Customer service experience
• Strong relationship builder, team player and problem solver.
• Strong communication (verbal and written)
• Maintaining standards and eye for detail
• Physically fit and healthy
• Planning, organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Outstanding skills and presentation of product
• A proven commitment to Health & Safety and Food Safety in the workplace.
• Managers Certificate is required but can be provided.
• Meet KPI Targets set by Store Owner.
