The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Owner Operator to lead every aspect of the business.

 

You'll be entrusted with driving commercial performance while creating a culture built on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

You'll lead a large and diverse team, coach department managers to achieve their full potential, and ensure every customer who walks through our doors experiences the very best New World has to offer.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys being visible on the shop floor, thrives on solving problems, and understands that sustainable success starts with great leadership.

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing leadership team across all departments.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences every single day.
• Driving sales growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.

• Using data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions.
• Championing food safety, health & safety, compliance, and retail best practice.

Who You Are

• Significant leadership experience within a high-volume supermarket or large-format retail environment.
• A proven ability to lead large teams through engagement, coaching, and accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales, gross profit, wages, and operational performance.

• High levels of resilience, professionalism, and integrity.
