Store Manager 

Four Square Ruawai is on the hunt for a superstar Store Manager to join their awesome team.
It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who is already in a similar position seeking experience from another store/operator, or someone who is ready to take that next step into leadership with ownership aspirations.

We are a fun team with a big heart, located in a small knit community, ambitious to deliver an awesome shopping experience for our customers.

The Role

• Plan, lead, communicate, organise, and control the day-to-day running of the store
• Provide a high level of customer service and assist customers
• Ensure in all departments are managed and make sure they are well stocked, ranged and merchandised to a high standard.
• Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
• Help deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wastage, and sales forecasting.

What are we looking for:

• Experience within FMCG is an advantage but is not essential
• Supervisory OR management experience is advantageous but not essential
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
• Self-starters and the ability work across multiple departments.
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Existing Duty Manager's certificate is an advantage but is not essential
