Storeroom Assistant

ROLE TITLE:  Forklift Operator - Stores-person

START DATE: Immediate

FULL TIME   7am-5pm - Tuesday to Saturday

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

• Permanent role working – 7am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday
• Forklift License is required along with proven experience
• Unload Trucks and delivery vans.
• SAP/FIORI/SAFEFOOD PRO experience
• Mark off all product that comes through stores, ensuring the quantities received match the pick slips / invoices.
• Process all perishable deliveries as per company policy.
• Place stock appropriately in the correct locations. Ensure appropriate rotation of stock if placing stock in store room locations e.g. drinks etc.
• Clean the outside areas of the storeroom – break down cardboard and place in the appropriate bin and ensure broken pallets and other rubbish are stored / dealt with appropriately. 
• Undertake additional housekeeping as required e.g. sweeping the floors / dealing with spillages / breakages / cleaning shelves.
• Accurately complete Health and Safety and Food Safety paperwork, as required.
• Other duties as required
• Two verbal references required.
• Applicants must already live in New Zealand and have appropriate documentation to start work in NZ.
