Storeroom/Grocery Assistant

The primary role is to assist with the hands-on day to day work in the storeroom, stock control, unloading trucks, stacking and processing deliveries, and working in the shop assisting the Grocery Department in the day operation.

The position involves:

• Use of a Forklift/Reach Truck - (Previous experience preferred)
• Heavy Lifting/Physical work
• Stock Management
• Working in a busy environment

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Able to follow instructions.
• Be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Be physically fit and enjoys physical work.
• Be health & safety conscious and have an understanding of health & safety in the workplace.
• Forklift licence an advantage but not essential as full training is provided.

The successful applicant must be available to work Sunday to Thursday with the availability to work extra hours if required.

Monday              5am - 2pm

Tuesday              5am - 2pm     

Wednesday         5am - 2pm

Thursday            5am - 2pm

Sunday               6am - 3pm
