Storeroom Mgr

New Plymouth New World is a locally owned supermarket in the Taranaki Region.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Storeroom Mgr, who understands the inwards goods process, and the impacts of inventory systems within store. You must also be able to work well under pressure and have good interpersonal skills, as you will be an integral part of our Inwards Goods team. Knowledge and experience with SAP is an advantage.

The position is fulltime and might encompass one day of the weekend.

Qualitative Factors - preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Have the ability to be a self-starter, initiator and willingness to develop
• Have a high motivation level, a drive to achieve results, and add value to the store and customer needs
• Have to be reliable, honest, positive and show integrity
• Have a professional personal appearance
• Be fully competent in computer skills and preferably have worked with SAP.
• Have the ability to work efficiently, effectively, and in a team environment
• Manage a small team professionally, and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills
