Butchery Assistant - Full Time

We're on the lookout for a dedicated, motivated supermarket assistant to join our awesome Butchery team!

The Role

You'll help deliver an exceptional butchery experience by:

• Keeping meat cases and freezers well-stocked and presented
• Slicing, cutting, and preparing meat as required to support our butchers
• Assisting with meat preparation and traying as required
• Working alongside the Butchery Managers to support daily operations
• Creating an attractive, fresh, customer-focused serve-over experience
• Preparing customer orders accurately and on time
• Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and store procedures
• Maintaining high presentation standards across the department
• Hours - 45 hours per week - 5am starts

• Knife / Kitchen skills preferred
• Passion for quality fresh products and customer service
• Pride in maintaining a fresh, creative and well-presented serve-over
• Reliable, honest, and a strong team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently when required
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellence every day
