Supermarket Assistants at a glance:

• Moving product from our storeroom into the shop (varies across ambient, chilled & frozen areas).
• Assisting customers with their queries during operating hours. 
• Maintaining the safety and well-being of yourself, the team and our customers at all times.
• Assisting across other areas of the store as required.
• Additional department specific tasks.

To be successful you will:

• Have a 'Think Customer' mindset. 
• Be a reliable, honest person with great time management and punctuality.
• Be detail focused and have an eye for presentation.
• Be physically fit - this role requires you to be on your feet and repeatedly moving products that can weigh up to 20kg.
• Follow health and safety policy, food safety policy and compliance procedures in the store.

Days and hours:

Both part-time (12-24 hours p/week) and full-time (32-40 hours p/week) positions require one weekend day and a minimum of two shifts per week.
