Supermarket Assistants & Checkout Supervisor

Positions Available

• Part-Time Evening Deli Assistant (1 position)
• Full-Time Grocery/Checkout Assistant (1 position)
• Full-Time Evening Checkout Supervisor (1 position)
• Casual Team Members (multiple roles available)

Assistants (Deli / Grocery / Checkout)

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and presentation of products
• Operate checkout systems when required
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Checkout Supervisor (Full-Time)

• Supervise and support checkout team operations and lead by example on the shop floor
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient checkout processes
• Foster a positive team culture and strong customer focus
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Physically fit (some lifting required)
• Previous supermarket or retail experience (preferred, especially for Supervisor role)
