Supervisors – Pak’NSave Highland Park

We’re excited to announce that Pak’nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!

We’re currently hiring experienced supervisors to join our team. We have supervisor roles available in our Produce, Seafood, Service Deli, Bakery or Grocery departments.

Roles commencing Feb 2025.

Must be able to work 1 weekend day.

The Role:

• Supervise the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Ensure the department is full and appealing throughout hours of trade.
• Escalating issues to the 2IC or Duty Manager.
• Supporting the development of the team and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Train the team and maintain high standards
• Interact with customers to deliver excellent service.

What are we looking for: 

• Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience.
• Previous supermarket experience in grocery, produce, deli, bakery or seafood is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to time manage.
• Great Communication skills with a strong customer focus.
