Team Member - Part Time

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Team Member/s to join our team at Four Square Patea.

About the role:

• Supervising shifts and supporting the team
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Opening and closing the store
• Handling cash, compliance, and store procedures
• Leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment

• Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
• Ability to work a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts
• Ability to work other shifts and days to help cover leave

• A supportive and hardworking team environment
• Consistent hours and varied responsibilities

Days and hours will be discussed at time of interview but must be open to working at least one weekend day, and a mix of closes and opens.
