Territory Account Manager
We are looking for an outstanding Territory Manager in our Gilmours Mt Roskill store.
At Gilmours Mt Roskill, we are out here to prove we are the foodservice provider you can trust. And now, we are looking for an outstanding Territory Manager to help us deliver an exceptional experience, service solutions and ultimately fair value for our loyal customers
The Role:
- Being truly customer driven to deliver on commercial outcomes, driving growth and share of our customers business
- Partner, negotiate and communicate with customers to attract, retain, and grow their accounts
- Collaborate with our in store and support office teams
- Getting, and staying connected with a large portfolio of customers, handle commercial decisions and monitor profitability on each account
- Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results
- Analysis of customer performance to create strategies to grow
- Identify new opportunities and leads across the territory

What are we looking for;
- Ambitious, results orientated salesperson committed to supporting current customers, and seeking out new business opportunities (oh yes, there’s plenty of hunting required here!)
- A work ethic to match the ambition – this isn’t a role for the faint hearted
- An ability to listen, advise and come up with commercially, customer driven, solutions
- A great negotiator who is focussed on delivering the best deal to the customer
- Basic understanding of finance, margins, cost of sale and budgets
- A love of, passionate interest in and/or experience in foodservice sales is highly desired
- A valued team member aligned to our Gilmours values: In It Together, Be Courageous, In It Together, Above the Line
- Use of CRM tools e.g salesforce and SAP preferred
- Our Mt Roskill territory extends to Westgate in the North & Mt Wellington in the south. It is preferred that a candidate lives within this territory
