Are you friendly, helpful, and enjoy being on the move? We’re looking
for a Trolley Assistant who brings a positive attitude, great customer service,
and strong teamwork skills.
In this role, you’ll be an important part of keeping our store running
smoothly. You’ll need to be self‑motivated, well‑presented, and confident
communicating with customers and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting trolleys from the carpark and
ensuring trolley bays are always well stocked
- Keeping trolleys clean and free of
rubbish
- Assisting customers with loading
groceries into their vehicles when needed
- Providing friendly, helpful service at
all times
- Reporting damaged or unsafe trolleys and
removing them from customer use
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- This role involves regular lifting,
pushing, and walking for long periods
- You’ll be working mostly outdoors, in
all weather conditions (rain, sun, wind)
- You must be comfortable with physical
work and stay active throughout your shift
Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: 11am – 8pm
