We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Chilled, Frozen and Butchery department, keeping our shelves full and stock moving, and operating Reach and Counterbalance forklift. If you're reliable, physically fit, and know your way around a forklift, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Replenishing stock in our Chilled, Frozen and Butchery display and storage areas
• Operating Reach truck and Counterbalance forklifts to move and organise stock
• Using handheld RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Lifting and moving stock, including heavy items (25kg+)
• Working in cold environments (chillers and freezers) as well as ambient areas
• Adapting to different tasks and departments as the day requires

What You'll Bring

• Physical fitness - this is an active role, on your feet, lifting and moving product
• Current Forklift OSH certificate, with genuine Reach truck experience — this is essential
• A safe, sensible approach to forklift operation and warehouse work
• A strong, verifiable attendance record and reliable work history
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Your own reliable transport (public transport doesn't cover our shift times)
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, retail, butchery, or food industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• SAP experience is a plus, but we'll train you if you don't have it

Hours

Full time early starts (6am) and could be working either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. Exact hours and days to be confirmed at interview and dependant on the successful applicant.
