We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career as a Wave Fill Team Leader at Napier City PAK’nSAVE!

In this role, you’ll be leading a dedicated and hardworking team responsible for maintaining our Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor Departments to the highest standard. We're looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, excellent organisation, and a hands-on approach to ensure these key areas of the store are well-stocked, well-presented, and running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor sections

   

   

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team

   

   

• Ensuring excellent product availability, merchandising, and store presentation

   

   

• Maintaining compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures

   

   

• Supporting a positive, can-do culture across the team

   

   

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with grocery or retail supervisory experience

   

   

• A great communicator who leads by example

   

   

• A strong team player with high personal presentation standards

   

   

• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold environments

   

   

• A proactive, reliable, and organised individual who enjoys a fast-paced workplace
