We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a Wave Fill 2IC role at PAK'nSAVE Napier City!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership skills while supporting the Wave Team Leader in delivering excellent standards across our store. Our Wave Fill Team are responsible for replenishing and maintaining our Chilled, Frozen and Liquor departments, ensuring these key areas are always well-stocked, presented to a high standard, and ready for our customers each day.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Wave Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the team
  • Assisting in leading, motivating and developing team members
  • Ensuring strong product availability and high presentation standards across the store
  • Helping coordinate workload and priorities to meet daily targets
  • Maintaining Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
  • Stepping up to lead the team in the absence of the Team Leader

 

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in grocery, retail or a supervisory position preferred
  • A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting

 

Roster: Sunday - Thursday 05.00-13.30
