Wave Team Assistant @ PAK'nSAVE Napier City

We're on the lookout for a reliable and motivated team member to join our Wave Team, supporting our Chilled, Frozen, and Liquor Departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in presentation, and wants to be part of a fast-paced retail environment.

Roster:

Sunday, Monday & Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm

These early morning shifts play a role in ensuring our store is set up and ready to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently stocking and presenting products across your designated areas. You'll ensure shelves are well-filled, neatly faced up and visually appealing, while also maintaining clean and organised chillers and freezers. Working in cold environments will be a regular part of your day and you'll need to be comfortable lifting and moving stock consistently.

You'll also play an important role in customer service, providing friendly and professional service whenever needed. Following correct stock rotation procedures will be essential to maintain freshness and uphold high standards, along with strict adherence to all Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements.

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. You'll need to be physically fit, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team. Someone who takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive team environment will thrive in this role.
