Online Department Manager

We are ready to employ an Online Department Manager for our growing online department. If you are energetic, organised and ready to ensure very customer receives an outstanding experience from click to collection or delivery we'd love to hear from you!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a fast-growing department at the heart of the supermarket shopping experience! You'll inspire your team, drive operational excellence and ensure every order is picked accurately and efficiently. 

What you'll be doing:-

• Lead and develop our team of online personal shoppers
• Manage daily online order volumes and department performance
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and delivered on time
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor productivity and key performance indicators
• Work with all other departments to deliver the best results of our customers
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Get stuck in and do picking, lockers and deliveries

What we are looking for:-

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead
• A passion for outstanding customer service
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive solution-focused atttitude
• Great technology skills
