Produce Supervisor

PAK'nSAVE Silverdale is looking for an experienced and motivated Produce Supervisor to join our team and lead our Produce Department during afternoon and evening operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience who is passionate about fresh food, customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the Produce team
• Ensuring produce displays are well-stocked, fresh, and visually appealing
• Monitoring product quality and reducing wastage
• Maintaining high food safety and health & safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries
• Assisting with ordering, stock control, and inventory management
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Supporting the Produce Manager in achieving department targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential
• Experience in produce, grocery, retail, or supermarket environments preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to high standards
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks

Hours

• Tuesday to Saturday
• 2:00pm - 11:00pm
