We are seeking an exceptional Baker, with the passion to produce the finest quality bakery products. You will:

1. Be able to make and bake White, Wholemeal, Grain, Rye and Sweet doughs.
2. Be able to make and bake Sponge cakes, Madeira cakes, fruit cakes etc.
3. Be able to make and bake slices and biscuits and scones
4. Be able to apply finishing (icing and fillings) to cake products.
5. Understand Food Safety, and Health & Safety principles.
6. Be able to bake frozen products such as Croissants and Danish Pastry.
7. Be willing to work shifts
