Butcher

We are on the look out for a Butcher.  Someone that can break down a carcass of beef, pork and/or Lamb. 

This person must be able to blend in with the rest of the team, be able to start early, work at least one day in the weekend, be punctual/reliable and have the willingness to learn or grow new skills.

This position is a casual position at present,  but could lead to a more permanent position to the right person.
