Chilled / Frozen Foods Assistant

PAK’nSAVE Silverdale is seeking two motivated and reliable team members to join our Chilled & Frozen Foods Department. We have one full-time and one part-time position available. These roles are key to ensuring our chilled and frozen products are well stocked, presented to a high standard, and available for our customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenishing chilled and frozen shelves in a timely manner
• Ensuring products are correctly rotated (FIFO) and within date
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the department
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Handling chilled and frozen goods in line with food safety standards
• Assisting customers with product enquiries
• Working in temperature-controlled environments (chillers and freezers)
• Supporting the team with general store duties as required

Skills & Attributes

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate to heavy items
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills

Working Hours

Full-Time Role:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday

5am - 2pm

Part-Time Role:

Sunday and Monday

1pm - 10pm
