We're looking for an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager to lead our Health & Safety, Food Safety, and regulatory compliance programmes. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our store operates safely, meets all legislative requirements, and maintains the highest standards of compliance.

About the Role
As our Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure compliance across Health & Safety, Food Safety, and operational regulations. You'll work closely with department leaders, team members, and external agencies to promote best practice and support a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in a retail environment.
- 1–3 years' experience in Food Safety and/or Health & Safety.
- HACCP training (preferred).
- Current First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong computer skills and confidence using compliance systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to influence, coach, and lead others.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Physical fitness to carry out workplace inspections and operational tasks.
