Duty Manager

Love keeping things running like clockwork and coordinating a hard-working team? We're looking for hands-on Duty Manager to help drive our grocery team and keep our shelves looking full and customer-ready. 

The details

• Permanent, full-time role
• Includes one weekend day shift
• Mix of day shifts and closing shifts (9pm finish)

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coordinating the grocery team on shift
• Make sure shelves are fully stocked, faced up, and customer-ready
• Keep the store running smoothly
• Support the grocery team to provide great customer service and keep our standards high
• Be the go-to person when things get busy

Where looking for someone who

• Has supermarket or retail experience
• Has leadership / supervisory experience
• Is confident, organised and calm under pressure
• Enjoys leading from the front and getting stuck in
• Is flexible with shifts
• Takes pride in a store that looks great and runs well
