Fresh Food Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fresh Food Manager to lead our Fresh Foods department.  This is an excellent opprotunity for a hands on leader who is looking to grow into Store Management and potential Ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Fresh Food departments
• Lead by example with a strong hands-on presence in the department
• Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, hygiene and presentation
• Control stock, waste, margins and departmental performance
• Utilize SAP systems for ordering, reporting and inventory management
• Apply strong financial acumen to budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Train, motivate and manage staff to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fresh Food management
• Qualified Baker - highly advantageous
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of financials and retail KPI's
• Experience working with SAP or similar systems
• Passion for food, quality and customer service
