Full time Trolley Assistant

PAK’nSAVE Silverdale is looking for a reliable and hardworking Trolley Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a smooth shopping experience by maintaining trolley availability, keeping outdoor areas tidy, and supporting the overall store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and returning shopping trolleys from the car park to designated areas
• Ensuring sufficient trolley availability at store entrances at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the car park and surrounding areas
• Assisting customers with trolley-related enquiries when needed
• Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly
• Supporting the wider team with general duties as required

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly and approachable with good customer service skills

Working Hours

• Monday 10am - 6pm
• Tuesday 8am - 4pm
• Wednesday 8am - 4pm
• Thursday 9.30am - 5.30pm
• Sunday 9am - 5.30pm
