Online Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Manager to lead our growing online shopping operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced supermarket environment and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

About the Role

As our Online Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Online department, ensuring orders are picked accurately, packed efficiently, and available to pick up on time. You will lead, train, and motivate your team while maintaining high standards of food safety, productivity, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Online department
• Lead, coach, and develop the Online team
• Ensure online orders are picked accurately and efficiently
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Monitor labour, productivity, and department KPIs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
• Work closely with other department managers to ensure smooth store operations

About You

• Proven experience in a supermarket or retail leadership role (Online experience preferred)
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
