We have the following position available in our Online Shopping Department:
The Home Delivery Driver is the stores ambassador and is required to deliver a customer's online shopping order to their home on a nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest level of excellent customer service.
The driver needs to ensure that all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeat online purchases. When not delivering, the driver will join the picking team.
The Personal Shopper will be required to assist the team to plan and organising the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customers orders for the online customer. An excellent standard of customer service is essential.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Friendly, bubbly personality
- Demonstrate a strong 'customer focus'
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Brings all decisions back to the customer. Our 'why'
- Hold a valid full, clean drivers license
Prior customer service experience is desired but not required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
This is a permanent position, totaling 37.5 hours. Including 1 day of the weekend.
Sunday - 9.00am til 5.00pm
Monday - 9.00am til 5.00pm
Tuesday - 9.00am til 5.00pm
Wednesday - 9.00am til 5.00pm
Thursday - 9.00am til 5.00pm
