Replenishment Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Replenishment Assistant to join our team at Gilmours Mt Roskill. This hands-on role is vital to ensuring our warehouse and store operations run efficiently by maintaining stock levels, replenishing pick locations, supporting merchandising standards, and helping drive operational excellence through our Warehouse Management System (EWM).

You will work closely with our replenishment and picking teams to ensure products are in the right place at the right time, keeping inventory flowing and supporting an exceptional customer experience.

What we're looking for:

 

• Previous warehouse, replenishment, retail, or wholesale experience
• Reach hoist and forklift licence with practical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
• A team player who enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to health and safety and maintaining high operational standards
